About Signature, the finest coffee and tea in Adelaide.

Signature opened its doors in May 2011. We are connoisseurs and purveyors of the finest coffee and tea in Adelaide. We also sell coffee machines and accessories as well as providing a boutique style café experience with over 80% of our food being cooked on site in our small but well organised kitchen.

We are located in Charles St, one of the emerging laneways of the CBD and the gateway between Rundle Mall and the Cultural boulevard on Nth Tce.

Owned by Chris and Rod Reid. Chris has had 15 years experience in the food industry, 10 as a chef and 7 years experience in the coffee side of the hospitality industry. It is her passion for coffee that inspired her to create Signature A Fusion Of Coffee. She runs it with her daughter Lauren who is the head barista.

We are a family business with a passion for providing the finest coffee sourced from micro lot farms around the world. We also have a range of Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and Swiss Water Decaffinated coffee.

As well as the premium single origin beans we also have a range of blends including our very own Signature Blend that is blended on site by Lauren. Our beans are delivered freshly roasted by local roasters Lacrema every week. They are packed in heat sealed bags with a one way valve so that neither air or moisture can enter, but allowing the gases to escape. We sell our beans whole or we can grind them to suit the way you drink your coffee.

As well as our fine coffee, we also sell a range of SereniTea infusion teas that are certified organic and fair trade. We carry a range of Espresso Machines, grinders, stovetops, tea pots, French presses, tampers, cups, glasses and accessories.

Our café menu is very afforfable, but well executed and prepared and served with passion and pride using the freshest, high quality ingredients. We offer a breakfast and lunch trade as well as a range of baked biscuits cakes and pastries that are baked in our own kitchen as well as sourced from local pastry chefs.

There is a “Soup of the Day” as well as a “Dish of the Day” as a compliment to our regular menu. We are driven by our desire to provide the best quality of product and customer service.
